Everything you need to know if you're new to Nuneaton BMX Club.
Getting started
New here? Come to one of our free Monday night inductions, the sessions are at 5pm. These are suitable for riders that are already able to ride a pedal bike without stabilisers. If you want any further information please get in touch by emailing nuneatonbmxclub@gmail.com
Hire bikes & helmets
You are able to hire bikes and helmets, you can use these for the 1st 4 sessions, then they are changed at £3 a bike and £2 a helmet.
What to wear
Mandatory for all riders to have full legs and arms covered, full finger gloves, a full-face helmet -- this applies to every rider, every session.
Joining the club
Once you have completed your induction session, you have to join the club as a primary member in order to attend club coaching sessions on Monday nights.
Membership year & renewal
All memberships renew on the 28th February each year. £15 for u18 and £20 for adults.Members joining after the last club race of the year will have a membership that will run until the 28th February the following year, in their 1st year.
What happens in a session
We have 4 coaching groups, the club coaches manage riders progression through these. It is not just on age but riding ability, ability to follow instruction and participate in each group environment.
Racing
**Nuneaton BMX Club is about developing riders, not just running sessions. We are a racing club, the aim is that members compete and is a core part of what we do

Our safeguarding lead is Jemma Mosey. Please don't hesitate to speak to any coach or session lead with any concerns at all.
